Cutting Fabric description: In the garments industry, there are two available cutting methods, are-
- Manual Method,
- Computerized Method
Stitching
Stitching Fabric description:
Sewing is the most important operation in the process of garments making or other similar product. Sewing means joining of different parts of garments with the use of needle and thread. Without needle and thread, we can also make garments by using alternative methods of joining like adhesive, welding etc.Generally there are two things involved in sewing process, i. e. stitches and seams. Sewing is the most important among all the processes of garments joining. The main purpose of sewing is to produce seam.
Washing
Garments washing or garment wash is done in denim fabrics to produce a color fading effect with or without patchiness, seam puckering, hairiness, crinkles, de-pilling, stabilized dimensions, and soft hand feel. It is one of the most popular processes which is applied in garments to enhance the garments.
Primary garment washing are classified into two types, these are-
- Dry process or Mechanical process
- Wet process or chemical process
QC Section
We deploy one Quality Assurance Inspector for Factory who visits factory on regular and full -time basis in order to ensure Development, Sampling, Production Follow Up, CSR Checking, Confirming required quality standards. We make a first sample and send it to customer to check the Workmanship and according to First sample comment we make each color sample by using actual accessories and send to customer to avoid any mistake in Bulk Production.
Packing
Garment packaging is the final process in the production of garments, which prepares the finished merchandise for delivery to the customer. These operations come under the materials handling methods and are no less important than other systems used in the factory.
Packaging refers to the container that carries a product. Two primary objectives of packaging are preventing any damage to the product during transportation and enhancing the product’s features for the consumer for the sale of it.
Shipping
Shipping for the textile industry involves the transport of fabrics and finished garments and products. One common way to move textiles across the country is by freight truck. You might opt to ship an entire truckload of textiles with full truckload shipping or just a few pallets via less-than-truckload shipping.
